    • The BG Engine Performance Restoration is a three step process. It starts with the BG EPR® Engine Performance Restoration® softens, emulsifies, and dissolves even the most stubborn fuel gums that clog piston rings. It cleans micro passageways to maintain the critical hydraulic function of components. It removes carbon deposits, restores compression, lowers tailpipe emissions, and reduces oil consumption by restoring ring function. Next we will add the BG Advanced Formula engine oil supplement which will prevent future sludge buildups in the engine. Lastly, we will add the BG 44K Platinum Fuel System Cleaner which will clean the entire fuel system, getting rid of any gummy deposits that are holding your performance and gas mileage back. The combination of those three solutions will have you vehicle running like new.
    • Check the vehicles under hood fluid levels and remove the oil fill cap and breather assemblies (where applicable) Remove the vehicles engine oil drain plug, and drain the contents of the engines oil pan or sump. Remove the filter assembly and clean the sealing surfaces of the housing for reinstallation. On cartridge equipped vehicles, replace the housing O rings and clean the debris from the housing and relief valves. Lubricate the O rings on the housing and or the filter assembly and replace the filter or element. Clean and inspect the oil drain plug gasket, and check the threads in the engines oil pan. Torque the plug to the manufacturers specification using a new gasket where required. Clean the grease zerks to remove debris, and lubricate all accessible fittings on the vehicles steering, suspension, driveline and chassis components. Check and or set the tire pressures and relearn the TPMS system where required. Fill the engine with the manufacturers specified type, grade, and viscosity engine oil and verify level after purging the new filter. Check and or top off all low fluid levels and reset the maintenance reminder system where applicable. Note. Some vehicles maintenance reminders do not take on initial reset. If your maintenance light happens to come on following an oil service, please give us a call so we can correct it.
    • Install data scanner and engine analyzer. Run tests on the fuel, ignition, and computer control systems. Retrieve fault codes from the processors memory. Codes exist in the system for P0011 timing performance. Perform all necessary pin point tests checking the wiring, grounds, relays, and related circuit components to isolate the problem to the oil is low and dirty. There is also an engine rattle on start up. Recommend starting with a bg engine restore treatment.

    • Install data scanner and engine analyzer. Run tests on the fuel, ignition, and computer control systems. Retrieve fault codes from the processors memory. Codes exist in the system for P0442 evap system small leak detected, P0496 evap system flow during non-purge. Perform all necessary pin point tests checking the wiring, grounds, relays, and related circuit components to isolate the problem to the purge valve is not functioning properly. Clean the exterior connections of the vehicle's EVAP system plumbing connections to ensure no debris enters the system during replacement. Remove the supply lines and vehicle's electrical connectors and clean and tighten the terminal ends as well as the plumbing connections to be attached to the replacement components. Using low air pressure, back flush the system to remove any dust or dirt within the system's plumbing. (evap components are exposed to atmosphere to vent the system which eventually causes debris intrusion.) Install the replacement valve and secure into its factory location. Apply lubricant to the plumbing connections and reconnect the electrical and vacuum components. Reset the computer systems memory and install leak detection equipment. Pressurize the system with Nitrogen to the factory's specification and perform a full system leak test. Confirm that the system has no detected leaks and is operating within specifications. Run the vehicle to operating temperature and check the computer data to confirm that the system is operating properly following repairs.
