Services Performed
- Remove the rear suspension, driveline, and braking system components necessary to access the rear hub assembly. Remove the spindle and press out the existing hub and bearing assembly. Clean spindle bore and check for warpage. Install a new wheel bearing. Press the existing hub assembly into the new bearing and set the ABS wheel speed sensor air gap, if necessary. Torque spindle mounting flange to specification and reinstall removed components. On ABS and or traction control vehicles, install data scanner and reset computer memory. Road test vehicle and verify that the ABS and traction control circuits are all within parameters.
