- Check brake systems hydraulic system components for leaks. Found that the rear brake line blew out. Remove all damaged line sections and reshape replacement lines to fit. Install new lines, clips, brackets, and unions to replace bad sections. Perform full brake system fluid flush to remove contaminants and air from the system. Adjust rear brakes and parking brake assemblies if applicable and top off reservoir with new fluid. Perform pressure test to check system for leaks and road test for proper operation.
