Adjust the factory toe angle to specification, and verify that the other alignment angles on both the front and rear axles are within specifications. Note: Shims, Eccentrics and labor for fixed alignment angles in both the front and the rear are not included.
Remove calipers, clips, and bracket assemblies. Remove the front disc brake pads and clean and lubricate the caliper slides. Replace the front brake rotors and install new brake pads. Perform all necessary system adjustments and vacuum bleed brake calipers. Top off master cylinder to proper level, and road test vehicle.

Lubricate the O rings on the housing and or the filter assembly and replace the filter or element. Clean and inspect the oil drain plug gasket, and check the threads in the engines oil pan. Torque the plug to the manufacturers specification using a new gasket where required. Clean the grease zerks to remove debris, and lubricate all accessible fittings on the vehicles steering, suspension, driveline and chassis components. Check and or set the tire pressures and relearn the TPMS system where required. Fill the engine with the manufacturers specified type, grade, and viscosity engine oil and verify level after purging the new filter. Check and or top off all low fluid levels and reset the maintenance reminder system where applicable. Note. Some vehicles maintenance reminders do not take on initial reset. The BG Engine Performance Restoration is a three step process. It starts with the BG EPR® Engine Performance Restoration® softens, emulsifies, and dissolves even the most stubborn fuel gums that clog piston rings. It cleans micro passageways to maintain the critical hydraulic function of components. It removes carbon deposits, restores compression, lowers tailpipe emissions, and reduces oil consumption by restoring ring function. Next we will add the BG Advanced Formula engine oil supplement which will prevent future sludge buildups in the engine. Lastly, we will add the BG 44K Platinum Fuel System Cleaner which will clean the entire fuel system, getting rid of any gummy deposits that are holding your performance and gas mileage back. The combination of those three solutions will have you vehicle running like new.

Perform all necessary pin point tests checking the wiring, grounds, relays, and related circuit components to isolate the problem to the oil is low and dirty. Remove necessary brackets and covers to access the vehicles battery. Remove both battery cables and clean the terminal ends. Remove the existing battery and clean all surrounding components and the battery tray to remove any residual acid. Apply corrosion inhibitor to the tray and install a new battery. Reinstall hold down and tighten the battery cables. Check all electrical system components for proper operation and perform a full electrical system analysis.

Remove the vehicles wheels in order to gain access to the outer tie rod end. Remove any components that interfere with the removal of the tie rod end (braking components, shields). Remove cotter pin and the hardware that attaches the tie rod end to the spindle and adjusting sleeve. Remove the faulty tie rod end and clean the threads in the adjusting sleeve. Apply anti-seize compound to the threads of the new tie rod end and install into the adjusting sleeve and spindle. Tighten all hardware to manufacturers specification and grease all applicable joints on the steering components and reinstall vehicles wheel. Since the steering components were disassembled, a 4 wheel alignment is needed to set vehicles steering characteristics back to original specifications.
Remove front steering and suspension components and spindles. Remove retaining rings or clips and remove ball joint assemblies from the control arm. Clean the control arm bore and press in new lower joint. Lubricate all steering and suspension components and check the preload of the spindle. Replace steering and braking system components and clean and repack front wheel bearings and hub assemblies where applicable. Perform a wheel alignment and road test the vehicle.

Hook vehicles components to the VAT45 digital analyzer. Perform a full electrical system diagnostic including a complete analysis of starting and charging system components; vehicle battery (connections and cables), alternator output (belt tension and condition), and starter operation. Check all belts and hoses for condition and integrity. Check all heater functions to make sure they operate in all registers and that heat is established through all vents including the defroster circuit. Check the wipers and washers for the ability to clear the windshield and for any signs of deterioration that may eventually cause a reduction in visibility. Check all lighting system components and bulbs, to ensure they operate correctly. Check the tires for wear, tread depth, for quality of traction, and inflate all tires to the manufacturers specification. Check all of the vehicles filters and fluids for quality and correct level to ensure your vehicle will endure the harsh winter months. Check the acidity and the freeze protection of the engines coolant and road test the vehicle to check handling characteristics.
Clean the Battery Terminals
Remove the four tires from the vehicle, and clean the wheel studs, hub flanges, and the rims centric. Check the vehicles braking system components for wear, remaining brake material, and signs of pending issues. Reinstall the tires onto the vehicle in their best suited locations based on overall wear, torquing all lugs to factory specification. Inflate all tires to the manufacturers suggested pressure, and visually assess the tread for abnormal wear which may indicate a need for a wheel alignment. Reset the vehicles tire pressure monitor sensor locations where required, using the factory approved TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring) system, scan tool. Road test the vehicle and confirm there is no abnormal handling characteristics following the rotation. Note: Some vehicles may have a slight drift following a tire rotation. This is due to a pattern that developes in some tires due to excessive time in one location. This condition should improve as the tread conforms to the new location / alignment angle. If drifting would not improve, sometimes an alignment or a cross rotation is required.
Remove front steering and suspension components and spindles. Remove retaining rings or clips and remove ball joint assemblies from the control arm. Clean the control arm bore and press in new lower joint. Replace upper joint with new fasteners and install new hardware and cotter pins. Lubricate all steering and suspension components and check the preload of the spindle. Replace steering and braking
